General terms framework

1. Scope
These terms apply to quotations and orders accepted by TTG SIGN unless a signed project agreement states otherwise.
2. Quotations
Pricing and scope are based on the artwork, dimensions, materials, quantity, installation and delivery information available at the time.
3. Artwork approval
Production begins only after the relevant visual and technical information has been approved. Client-supplied artwork must be authorised for use.
4. Production and changes
Changes requested after approval may affect price and timing. Custom manufacturing tolerances are confirmed where relevant.
5. Delivery
Orders use UPS, FedEx or DHL. Transit is typically 5–7 days after production; carrier or customs delays are outside direct manufacturing control.
6. Installation
The installation surface, access and electrical conditions must match the confirmed specification.
7. Payment and ownership
Payment stages and transfer of ownership follow the accepted quotation or invoice.
8. Warranty and liability
Product-specific warranty and remedies depend on correct installation and use within the confirmed conditions.
