02Can I use my own logo or typeface?＋
Yes. Send vector artwork where possible; our team will review line weight, scale and production suitability.
03Are signs suitable for outdoor use?＋
Outdoor suitability depends on construction, electrical specification, mounting and exposure. It is confirmed per project.
04How is a project priced?＋
Quotes consider dimensions, materials, lighting, finish, quantity, mounting and delivery requirements.
05What happens before production?＋
You receive a project-specific recommendation and artwork confirmation before manufacturing begins.
06Does TTG SIGN provide on-site installation?＋
No. We provide the specified mounting hardware and fitting guidance. Use a qualified local installer or electrician when appropriate.
07Which carriers are used?＋
Orders are shipped by third-party carriers UPS, FedEx or DHL.
08How long does delivery take?＋
Transit is typically 5–7 days after production, subject to destination and carrier conditions.
09What should I do if packaging is damaged?＋
Photograph the unopened package, label and damage, then contact support promptly with the order reference.
10Can custom-made signs be returned?＋
Custom-made products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind return; see the Returns page for the applicable conditions.
